Individual metabolism will affect how warm you stay. 2) When on snow, the pads (even the 1 inch foam jobs ) are critical to staying warm. 3) Although a large tent is a wonderful thing, smaller tents can keep you warmer in the winter. 4) Wear a hat while sleeping. On the other hand, I can't imagine a -25 sleeping back keeping you warm either.
