Take a look at the menu from the 1899 Thanksgiving dinner at the Plaza for a little Turkey Day inspiration for your dinner table.  Quail, grouse, duck – it’s a hunter’s dream holiday meal.  Though, as Radley notes, there’s quite a bit of turtle on the menu.  For those of you looking to replicate the menu, here are instructions on how to make Philadelphia-style turtle.
