The Hazards of Cooking & Shooting
When putting the Fiesta Corn in the oven, I burned my trigger finger.
We were informed this weekend that a previous match had leftover chili – though not enough to feed the crowd expected for tonight’s match. Since I hadn’t been to the store to buy the big hunk of meat I was going to get for my previous dish idea, I just decided to work around the chili. Knowing that we’d need more of a “main dish” to go with it, I decided that a couple of taco rings – one mild & one hot – would suffice. I’m going to serve them up with all the trimmings & a side of Fiesta Corn. Yum!
